PRODUCTION TIME

All work listed as ‘Ready to ship’ will be shipped within 1-7 days of purchase.

All other works are made to order, see below for time frames.

• Most silver and solid gold works will be completed within 3 weeks, however some items may take up to 6 weeks.

• Gold plating can add an extra 2 weeks to the production time - contact me if you need this completed earlier.

Please contact me if you need your order by a certain date and I will do my best to speed up the process.

DELIVERY

New Zealand based orders will be sent by NZ courier post and can take 1-3 working days to arrive. Signature Required is added to all parcels.

International shipping times will vary depending on where you are located.

(Public holidays may affect shipping times)

Once packages are in transit I am no longer responsible.

For International purchases I am not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties and restrictions that vary from country to country and the importation of certain products.

I declare all international purchases as low cost accessories, this helps minimise potential theft.
